Diploma in Hotel Management 

Diploma in Hotel Management is a 1-year diploma level Hotel Management course. Divided into six semesters, diploma in hotel management course focuses on the management of hotel administration, accounts, advertising, housekeeping, front office or front office, food and beverage management, catering, and upkeep.

WHAT IS FOOD TECHNOLOGY?

Food technology is all about understanding the composition of food and in a way “Reinventing” it. Food technology is concerned with the process of getting food from the farm to the supermarket.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO STUDY FOOD TECHNOLOGY COURSE?

Majority of the food items are biological in origin. The process of harvesting, distribution, storage, and preparation is quite complex

Admission Process :

It is direct admission process or merit based admission process. When it comes to merit based admission process, marks scored students in board examinations and/or relevant entrance test are taken into consideration.
